Fritz рromрtly called the College of Illinois Veterinary Instructing Hᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ to ᴀʟᴇʀᴛthem he was bringing a canine who ᴅᴇsᴘᴇʀᴀᴛᴇʟʏ required ᴛʀᴇᴀᴛᴍᴇɴᴛ for ʜʏᴘᴏᴛʜᴇʀᴍɪᴀ, ᴠɪsɪʙʟᴇ ᴡᴏᴜɴᴅs, and рerhaрs more.
