HV – Carmi was dumped like garbage into a chemical lagoon at the dumpsite. Due to toxins from the garbage, she suffers severe bruising and skin burns. Heartless people discarded her there, where she found food and slept.
We came to help because she is also pregnant and ready to give birth, which is why her health is critical. Her tail is wagging nonstop, and she looks at me as if to say, “Please help my babies, please.”
Carmi was immediately taken to the vet by the crew. Completed blood test; results show anaemic, low rbc, and high wbc due to severe blood infection. A high BUN level indicates renal illness, which may be due to chemical exposure. She tested negative for distemper.
Miracle happened 10 days later! Despite everything Carmi has been through, she gave birth to four healthy puppies. All four of Carmi’s puppies are healthy and have been adopted by new families.
Carmi is gaining weight, sprouting hair, and gradually transforming into a lovely young lady. Carmi had undergone tremendous sorrow and suffering as a lonely and mistreated child. She was abandoned and forced to fend for herself on the streets, where she faced hard conditions and uncertainty.
Carmi now thrives on care, affection, and limitless prospects for happiness. Her tail wags joyfully as she basks in the affection that surrounds her. She has not only found her forever home, but also her eternal happiness. She certainly deserves a second chance at life, and her happiness serves as a reminder that every animal deserves to be loved and cared for.
