Loveanimals.com – A 5-year-old stray cat’s life has been difficult, but his fortune has finally changed.

He spent two difficult years living on the streets and avoiding every human he met. That is, until he met the lady who would become his person. On March 3rd, the Australian woman discovered the white feline, whom she called Albert, in poor health and just hanging on.

Aside from the scrapes and wounds on his body, he was flea-infested, had a swelled skull, and was very dehydrated. He was taken to a shelter and examined for a microchip, which he lacked. Albert tested positive for FIV and was put on a stray hold, but he nearly d.ied.

“I got a phone call and was warned that there was a strong possibility Albert wouldn’t make it through the night,” his mother said in the rescue footage. But he made it, and he spent the next three months rehabilitating.
On May 20th, he finally got what he had been looking for his entire life: a loving home. He was adopted by the woman who saved him, and she released a video of his adorable response to being home on TikTok.
